数智化背景下高校财务人员素质培养研究

摘　　要：随着大数据、人工智能等信息技术的蓬勃发展,我国迈入了数字经济时代,数智化正在引领当代社会发展。在高校财务管理领域,数智化促进了高校财务转型,提高了财务工作质量和效率。«会计改革与发展“十四五”规划纲要»将积极优化人才培养机制列为重点工作内容,会计人员职业道德规范、财务预算一体化管理的推行,对财务人员的素质提出了更高的要求。文章旨在研究高校财务人员在数智化背景下面临的机遇和挑战,重点探讨高校财务人员所需的知识、技能和态度,并提出相关培养建议,以适应数智化背景下高校财务工作的要求。With the vigorous development of information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,China has entered the era of digital economy,and digitalization is leading the development of contemporary society.In the field of financial management in universities,digitalization has promoted financial transformation,improved the quality and efficiency of financial work.“The Outline of the 14th Five Year Plan for Accounting Reform and Development”lists actively optimizing talent training mechanisms as a key task.The implementation of professional ethics standards for accounting personnel and integrated financial budget management has put forward higher requirements for the quality of financial personnel.This article aims to study the opportunities and challenges faced by university financial personnel in the context of digitalization,with a focus on exploring the knowledge,skills,and attitudes required by university financial personnel,and proposing relevant training suggestions to adapt to the requirements of university financial work in the context of digitalization.
