摘 要:长期以来,地勘事业单位绩效考核形式相对滞后,加之管理举措执行不严谨,内部职工工作主动性与积极性备受打击,阻碍地勘事业单位实现长效、高质量发展目标。绩效管理作为反映地勘事业单位人力资源管理开展效果的关键工具,在整体管理活动方面的效用与价值不言而喻。文章以地勘事业单位绩效考核为研究主体展开调研,识别地勘事业单位绩效考核工作存在的实际问题,并提出相应的优化措施,确保绩效考核与单位整体发展步伐一致。For a long time,the performance evaluation form of geological exploration institutions has been relatively lagging behind,coupled with the lax implementation of management measures,the initiative and enthusiasm of internal employees have been greatly affected,hindering the achievement of long-term and high-quality development goals in geological exploration institutions.Performance management,as a key tool reflecting the effectiveness of human resource management in geological exploration institutions,has an undeniable utility and value in overall management activities.This article conducts research on the performance evaluation of geological exploration institutions,identifies the actual problems in the performance evaluation work of geological exploration institutions and proposes corresponding optimization measures to ensure that the performance evaluation is consistent with the overall development pace of the unit.
