摘　　要：农业农村科技人才作为人才的重要组成部分,在实现乡村振兴的过程中扮演着至关重要的角色。近年来关于农业农村科技人才研究的议题主要集中在整体性研究、农村科技人才队伍建设现状、存在问题及对策建议等方面。2021年发布的《关于加快推进乡村人才振兴的意见》是首次将乡村人才明确分类的权威性文件,把农业农村科技人才单独剥离出来研究具有必要性,也有独特的研究价值。要站在国家统筹乡村振兴战略规划的高度,在政策制定、人才培养目标、具体实践等方面进一步推动农业农村科技人才的研究。As an important component of talents,agricultural and rural scientific and technological talents play a crucial role in achieving rural revitalization.In recent years,the research on agricultural and rural science and technology talents had mainly focused on overall research,the current situation of rural science and technology talent team construction,exist-ing problems,and countermeasures and suggestions.The"Opinions on Accelerating the Revitalization of Rural Talents"re-leased in 2021 was the first authoritative document to clearly classify rural talents.It is necessary to separate agricultural and rural scientific and technological talents for research,and it also had unique research value.we should stand at the height of the national overall planning for rural revitalization strategy,and promote the research on agricultural and rural science and technology talents in policy formulation,talent training goals and specific practices.
