摘　　要：践行“以学生为中心”的教学理念、促进学生自主学习、有效提升知识内化,牡丹江医科大学医学免疫学课程建设以成果导向教育(outcome-basededucation,OBE)为课程建设出发点,从预期成果出发,反向推导出专业人才培养目标,以及为满足目标达成所需要的知识、能力和素质要求、在教学中结合教学内容不断调整教学方法和手段,探索新的教学形式。文章以《抗感染免疫》教学设计为例通过以学生预期能力获得为主导,进行反向教学设计,整合教学内容、调整教学方法、制定教学评价体系,将教学的重点落实在学生的能力培养上,实现学生知识、能力、素质3个层面的培养目标,对医学免疫学课程建设进行简单概述,为构建医学免疫学的一流课程打下基础,为培养高素质应用型医学人才提供参考。To practice the"student-centered"teaching concept,promote students'independent learning and effectively improve the internalization of knowledge,the course construction of medical immunology in Mudanjiang Medical University takes the idea of outcome-based education(OBE)as the starting point,proceeds from the expected results,and deduces the professional talent training objectives backwards.In order to meet the requirements of knowledge,ability and quality,teaching methods and means around the teaching content were adjusted,and new teaching forms were explored continuously.This paper takes the teaching design of Anti-Infective Immunity as an example.By taking students'expected ability acquisition as the lead,reverse teaching design is carried out,teaching content is integrated,teaching methods are adjusted,and teaching evaluation system is formulated.The focus of teaching is implemented on the cultivation of students'ability,and the cultivation goals of students'knowledge,ability and quality are realized,and briefly summarizes the construction of medical immunology curriculum.It will lay the groundwork for constructing the first-class course of medical immunology and provide a reference for training high-quality applied medical talents.
