摘 要:目的探讨在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中,采用分层递进式教学模式对住培住院医师考核成绩的提升效果。方法选取2020年7月—2022年6月在重庆市妇幼保健院进行规范化培训的住院医师共88名,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组44名。对照组采用常规教学模式,研究组采用分层递进式教学模式。比较两组理论及实践技能考核成绩、教学满意度。结果教学后,研究组住院医师的理论知识和临床技能考核成绩分别为(95.26±2.25)分和(96.25±2.13)分,均高于对照组的(90.12±1.13)分和(92.23±1.18)分。研究组住院医师对健康意识、临床技能、沟通能力和科研创新能力的教学效果评分分别为(4.32±0.51)分、(4.26±0.64)分、(4.45±0.51)分和(4.56±0.33)分,均高于对照组的(3.11±0.25)分、(3.17±0.31)分、(3.50±0.78)分和(3.08±0.67)分。研究组问题解决与分析能力、临床思维能力的评分分别为(4.72±0.21)分和(4.81±1.27)分,高于对照组的(3.72±0.71)分和(3.61±1.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中,运用分层递进式教学模式,有利于不同阶段住培住院医师理论与实践成绩的提高,同时促进教学效果的提升。Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical progressive teaching mode on the improvement of resident training performance in the standardized training of resident doctors in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 88 residents who underwent standardized training in Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 44 residents in each group,the control group adopted conventional teaching mode and the research group adopted hierarchical and progressive teaching mode.The theoretical and practical skills examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After teaching,the scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of residents in the study group were(95.26±2.25)points and(96.25±2.13)points respectively,which were higher than(90.12±1.13)points and(92.23±1.18)points in the control group.The teaching effect scores of residents'health awareness,clinical skills,communication ability and scientific research innovation ability in the study group were(4.32±0.51)points,(4.26±0.64)points,(4.45±0.51)points and(4.56±0.33)points,respectively,which were higher than(3.11±0.25)points,(3.17±0.31)points,(3.50±0.78)points and(3.08±0.67)points in the control group.In addition,the scores of problem solving and analysis ability and clinical thinking ability in the study group were(4.72±0.21)points and(4.81±1.27)points respectively,which were also higher than(3.72±0.71)points and(3.61±1.12)points in the control group.Conclusion The application of a hierarchical and progressive teaching model in the standardized training of resident doctors in obstetrics and gynecology is beneficial to improving the theoretical and practical performance of resident doctors at different stages of training,and can also promote the improvement of teaching effectiveness.
