摘　　要：目的:探讨在青少年口腔正畸治疗中实施微种植体支抗的临床价值。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7月拟于江西泰康拜博口腔医院行口腔正畸的青少年患者80例为研究对象,随机分为常规组和观察组,各40例。常规组采用常规疗法,观察组采用微种植体支抗治疗。对比两组治疗效果、牙周状况、临床指标和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P=0.043);治疗后,两组牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙周附着水平降低,观察组低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组上齿槽座角、上中切牙角较治疗前有所减小,下齿槽座角、下中切牙-下颌平面角较治疗前有所增大,观察组优于常规组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于常规组(P=0.023)。结论:在青少年口腔正畸治疗中使用微种植体支抗的效果较好,有利于改善牙周状况,且不良反应总发生率低。Objective:To explore the clinical value of implementing micro-implant support in adolescent orthodontic treatment.Methods:Eighty cases of adolescent patients who were to receive orthodontic treatment in Jiangxi Taikang Bybo Dental Hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group,with forty cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with micro-implant support.The treatment effect,periodontal condition,clinical indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.043);after treatment,the periodontal pocket depth,plaque index,gingival index,and periodontal attachment level of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);after treatment,the upper alveolar seat angle and upper mesial incisor angle decreased in both groups compared with the pre-treatment period,and the lower alveolar seat angle and lower mesial incisor-mandibular plane angle increased compared with the pre-treatment period,which was better in the observation group than in the conventional group(P<0.05);and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P=0.023).Conclusion:The use of micro-implant supports in orthodontic treatment of adolescents is more effective,conducive to the improvement of periodontal conditions,and the total incidence of adverse reactions is low.
