摘  要:公费师范教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,为教育事业,特别是中小学教育事业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。以顾客满意理论为基础,结合公费师范生报考动机,讨论公费师范生教育服务质量对教育满意度的影响。研究结果显示,公费师范院校在整体教育服务质量的投入质量、过程质量与结果质量维度均能显著提升公费师范生的满意度,经济动机在过程质量与学生满意度间有显著的负向调节作用,教师职业理想动机在过程质量与学生满意度间有显著的正向调节作用,就业动机在投入质量与学生满意度、过程质量与学生满意度间均存在显著的负向调节作用。基于此,从提升教育质量、加强政策宣传两方面提出建议,以期能实现公费师范生教育满意度的提升。As an important part of China’s education system,public funded normal education lays a solid foundation for the development of education,especially in primary and middle schools.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,the study discusses the influence of the service quality of public normal education on the satisfaction of education through combining with the application motivation of government-funded normal university students.The results show that the input quality,process quality and result quality of the overall education service quality of public funded normal colleges can significantly improve the satisfaction of government-funded normal college students.Economic motivation has significant negative moderating effect between process quality and student satisfaction.Employment motivation has significant negative moderating effect on input quality and student satisfaction,process quality and student satisfaction.Based on this,it is suggested to improve education quality and strengthen policy publicity,so as to improve the education satisfaction of government-funded normal college students.
