摘 要:在家族企业发展过程中,传承与转型是至关重要的两大命题。在传承过程中,继任者出于对树立领导者权威的需求,更倾向于发动战略变革。不少企业也寄希望于传承来实现转型,从而促进企业发展。现有的文章多关注代际传承对企业绩效的影响,对代际传承中的战略变革研究较少。本文选取典型案例——海澜之家,划分代际传承三阶段,分析海澜之家代际传承中的战略变革以及对企业绩效的影响,为家族企业代际传承提供借鉴意义。In the development process of family businesses,inheritance and transformation are two crucial propositions.In the process of inheritance,successors are more inclined to initiate strategic changes due to the need to establish leadership authority.Many companies also hope to achieve transformation through inheritance,thereby promoting their development.Existing articles focus more on the impact of intergenerational succession on corporate performance,with less research on strategic changes in intergenerational succession.This article selects a typical case-Hailan Home,divides it into three stages of intergenerational inheritance,analyzes the strategic changes in the intergenerational inheritance of Hailan Home and their impact on corporate performance,and provides reference for the intergenerational inheritance of family businesses.
