智能制造视域下职教师资实践教学体系变革与重塑

摘  要:推进现代化产业体系建设,加快发展新质生产力,迫切需要“双师型”卓越职教师资为技术技能人才培养提供支撑。智能制造的技术变革、职业教育的内涵变化、职教师资学历的多层次发展引发了职教师资实践教学体系的需求变革。重塑职教师资实践教学体系要打破学科限制,从明确实践教学体系的总体目标和阶段性要求、完善实践课程体系和实践内容、搭建柔性可重构的智能制造实践平台、紧密对接区域智能制造产业深化产教融合四方面进行改革实践。To promote the construction of a modern industrial system and accelerate the development of new quality productive forces,there is an urgent need for"dual-qualified"outstanding vocational education teachers to provide support for the cultivation of technical skilled talents.The technical changes of intelligent manufacturing,changes in the connotation of vocational education,and the multi-level development of education background of vocational teachers have caused the demand change in the practical teaching system of vocational education teachers.To reshape the practical teaching system of vocational education teachers,we should break the subject restrictions,and carry out reform practice from four aspects:clarifying the overall objectives and phased requirements of the practical teaching system,improving the practical course system and practice content,building a flexible and reconfigurable intelligent manufacturing practice platform and closely connecting to the regional intelligent manufacturing industry to deepen the integration between industry and education.
