摘 要:目的探讨生成式人工智能辅助混合式教学在实习护生皮内针技术感染预防教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取60名本院实习护生,按照进入临床顺序将实习护生分为对照组30例,试验组30例。对照组采用理论授课和操作示范练习、技术实践结合案例分析传统教学法,试验组在传统教学的基础上,采用生成式人工智能辅助混合式教学法。教学干预10学时后测量2组实习护生的自主学习能力、皮内针技术感染预防理论考试及实践能力考核成绩、实习护生对教学方法满意度。结果教学干预10学时后,试验组实习护生自主学习能力、皮内针技术感染预防理论考试及实践能力考核成绩、实习护生对教学方法满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生成式人工智能辅助混合式教学法应用于皮内针技术感染预防临床教学,培养了实习护生自主学习能力,提高皮内针技术感染预防知识和操作技能水平,增加实习护生对带教老师的教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of generative artificial intelligence assisted blended teaching in the teaching of infection prevention using intradermal needle technology.Methods Using convenience sampling,60 nursing interns were selected and divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each,according to the order of entry into clinical practice.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods such as theoretical lectures and practical demonstration exercises,combined with technical practice and case analysis.The experimental group adopted a blended teaching assisted by generative artificial intelligence on the basis of traditional teaching.After 10 periods of teaching intervention,self-directed learning ability,students’score of theoretical exam and practical ability assessment of infection prevention with intradermal needle technology,and satisfaction with teaching methods of the two groups were measured.Results After 10 hours of teaching intervention,the experimental group showed higher scores in self-learning ability,theoretical exam and practical ability assessment of intradermal needle technology infection prevention,and satisfaction with teaching methods compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of generative artificial intelligence assisted blended teaching method in clinical teaching of infection prevention with intradermal needle technology has cultivated self-learning ability of intern nursing students,improved their knowledge and operational skills,and increased their satisfaction with the teaching.
