摘　　要：“一带一路”建设是中国在新的历史条件下推进全方位对外开放的重要举措,是推动构建人类命运共同体的重要实践平台,国际教育交流与合作是“一带一路”倡议“软联通”的重要组成部分,为世界提供了一个充满东方智慧、实现共同发展的中国方案。以中国与“一带一路”沿线斯拉夫国家教育国际合作为主要研究内容,选择俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、乌克兰、塞尔维亚、保加利亚、波兰为代表性国家,就国际教育合作和文化交流等方面取得的成效、存在的问题与不足进行客观描述和评价,并对中国与“一带一路”沿线斯拉夫国家深入开展国际教育新型合作模式、完善全球文化与教育治理体系提供了新的思路、新的方案,以服务“一带一路”建设,构建“一带一路”教育共同体。进一步扩大人文交流、促进丝路沿线国家文明与文化互鉴,努力形成“携手同行、顶层设计、政策倾斜、重点突破”的“一带一路”教育行动国际合作新局面。The construction of“The Belt and Road”is an important measure for China to promote all-round opening-up under the new historical conditions,and an important practical platform to promote the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.International educational exchanges and cooperation are an important part of the“soft connectivity”of“The Belt and Road”initiative,which provides the world with a Chinese plan full of oriental wisdom to achieve common development.This article takes the international cooperation in education between China and the Slavic countries along“The Belt and Road”as the main research content,and selects Russia,Belarus,Ukraine,Serbia,Bulgaria,Poland as the representative countries.It objectively describes and evaluates the achievements,problems and shortcomings in international education cooperation and cultural exchanges.It also provides new ideas and plans for China and the Slavic countries along the“The Belt and Road”to further develop a new model of international education cooperation and improve the global cultural and educational governance system,so as to serve the construction of“The Belt and Road”and build“The Belt and Road”education community.We will further expand people-to-people cultural exchanges,promote mutual learning between civilizations and cultures of countries along the Silk Road,and strive to form a new situation of international cooperation in the“The Belt and Road”educational action of working together,top-level design,policy preference,and key breakthroughs.
