摘  要:发展新质生产力是中华民族伟大复兴的重要推动力。新质生产力呼唤新质人才,如何培养新质人才是新质教育的核心问题。本文从数智技术革新传统教育体系中知识、教学、学习、管理和评价等各要素出发,挖掘数智技术赋能新质教育的逻辑意蕴,并从中探讨数智技术在赋能过程中可能面临的数字替代、技术殖民、素养缺失和治理滞后等挑战,进而尝试从理念再造、环境重塑、平台搭建、素养提升、路径创生和机制保障等方面,构建“应对—转变—落实—提升—创新—保障”的数智技术赋能新质教育的实践路径,助力传统教育向新质教育快速转型。Developing new-quality productivity is a significant driving force for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The emergence of new-quality productivity calls for new-quality talents;new-quality productivity necessitates new-quality talents,and thus,how to cultivate these talents constitutes the core issue of new-quality education.Starting from the digital-intelligence technology’s transformation of elements such as knowledge,teaching,learning,management and evaluation within the traditional education system,this paper delves into the logical implications of how digitalintelligence technology empowers new-quality education.It also discusses the challenges that digital and intelligent technology may face in the empowerment process,such as digital substitution,technological colonization,lack of literacy,and governance lags.Finally,it attempts to construct a practical path for digital and intelligent empowerment from the aspects of concept reconstruction,environment remodeling,platform building,literacy improvement,path creation,and mechanism guarantee with characteristics of"responding-transforming-implementing-enhancing-innovating–safeguarding"of new-quality education.This endeavor aims to facilitate the rapid transition from traditional education to new-quality education.
