摘  要:新时代对高等教育教学和人才培养提出了新要求,国家与社会对高素质创新人才的渴求日益迫切,在此背景下高校课程建设出现了新动向,课程教学改革不断深入。为此,首先指出课程建设与教学改革的基本内涵,既指出了12个方面的核心要素,又勾勒出各要素的内在关系,并对其中的关键要素进行论述;其次分析新时代课程建设与教学改革面临的挑战和发展趋势。实践表明,高校教师应始终把课程建设作为人才培养的核心工作,将教学改革作为提高质量的重要手段,不断提升课程教学综合本领与水平,打造更高质量的一流课程,筑牢人才培养根基。The new era has put forward new requirements for higher education teaching and talent cultivation,and the country and society′s thirst for high-quality innovative talents is becoming increasingly urgent.In this context,new trends have emerged in the construction of university curricula,and the reform of curriculum and teaching is constantly deepening.To this end,the basic connotation of curriculum construction and teaching reform is first pointed out,which not only points out the core elements of 12 aspects,but also outlines the internal relationships of each element,and discusses the key elements among them;Then analyze the challenges and development trends faced by curriculum construction and teaching reform in the new era.Practice has shown that university teachers should always regard curriculum construction as the core work of talent cultivation,regard teaching reform as an important means to improve quality,continuously improve the comprehensive ability and level of curriculum teaching,create higher quality first-class courses,and lay a solid foundation for talent cultivation.
