摘 要:职业安全类虚拟仿真教学资源的校企协同开发建设强调职业院校、行业企业和虚仿技术公司的“三方”主体协同,秉承“共商共建共享”的核心理念,明确各参与方的权益分配和职责分工。从前期调研企业需求、共同确立教学资源建设目标,到逐步形成统筹协调、协同共建、成果共享的校企合作机制,直至持续优化改进普及推广应用,职业安全类虚拟仿真教学资源的协同开发形成了一整套具备可持续发展特点的实施路径和方法。基于相关研究成果和经验总结,校企协同成功开发的城轨车辆检修安全教育考试系统,有效提升了高职院校开展城轨车辆检修系列岗位职业安全教育的培训效果和考核效率。The cooperative development and construction of virtual simulation teaching resources for occupational safety emphasizes the collaboration among vocational colleges,industry enterprises,and virtual simulation technology companies as the“three parties,”adhering to the core concept of“joint consultation,joint construction,and joint sharing”and clarifying the distribution of rights and responsibilities among all participants.From preliminary research on enterprise needs and jointly establishing the goals of teaching resource construction,to gradually forming a school-enterprise cooperation mechanism featuring overall planning,coordinated construction,and achievement sharing,and ultimately to continuous optimization,improvement,and popularization,the cooperative development of virtual simulation teaching resources for occupational safety has formed a set of implementation paths and methods with sustainable development characteristics.Based on relevant research results and experience summaries,the successful cooperative development of the“Urban Rail Vehicle Maintenance Safety Education Examination System”between vocational colleges and enterprises has effectively improved the training effect and assessment efficiency of occupational safety education for urban rail vehicle maintenance series positions in higher vocational colleges.
