未来课堂人类教师主导地位的澄清与转向

摘  要:人工智能赋能下的未来课堂呈现出以技术为主导的样态,教师由于诸多工作被人工智能替代而处境尴尬。人工智能虽冲击了教师的工作方式甚至存在,却无法取代教师,教学内容仍需教师的监督、筛选与补充,教学安排仍需教师的组织与重构,情感培育仍需教师的参与,人工智能在知识输出、教学设计、情感交流层面存在不足,只能作为协助教学的工具而存在。教师在未来课堂教学中仍占据主导地位,从显性主导转向隐性主导、外生式主导转向内生式主导、知识型主导转向素养型主导。The future classroom seems to have become the product of technology,and teachers are in an awkward position to be replaced by AI.Although AI has impacted the way teachers work and even exist,it cannot replace the teachers-dominant role in future classroom.Because of the shortcomings of AI in knowledge output,teaching design and emotional communication,it can only exist as a tool to assist teaching.Teaching content needs teachers’supervision,screening and supplement,teaching arrangement needs teachers’organization and reconstruction,and emotional cultivation needs teachers’participation.The dominant position of teachers has not been shaken,but the way of development is to change along with the trend:teachers should shift from explicit dominance to recessive dominance,from exogenous dominance to endogenous dominance,from knowledge dominance to literacy dominance.
