摘　　要：教育转型背景下高水平应用型大学的建设,是高等学校分类发展与自量定位的必然路径之一。潘懋元先生以调研推动应用型本科院校建设,将调研过程中形成的理论成果应用于工作实践,深刻影响并促进了北京联合大学应用型办学之路的建设和发展。潘懋元先生通过调整教学理念、改革教学方法、实践促进教学等措施,以办学定位“三分法”、调研检验理论、理论指导调研的模式,不断推进高水平应用型大学的建设。The construction of high-level application-oriented universities in the context of educational transformation is one of the inevitable paths to the classified development and school-running orientation of higher education institutions.Mr.Pan Maoyuan promoted the construction of application-oriented undergraduate universities through research,and put into practice the theoretical achievements formed in the research process,which profoundly influenced and promoted the construction and development of the applied education path of Beijing Union University.With his teaching measures of adjusting teaching principles,reforming teaching methods,and improving teaching through practice,Mr.Pan Maoyuan,in advocating a system of applying trichotomy in school orientation,testifying theories with research,and guiding research with theories,has continuously advanced the construction of high-level application-oriented university.
