摘　　要：在数智化时代背景下,对大学生的核心能力提出了新要求,应用型大学面对普及化高等教育所带来的生源多样化特点,必须把握时代脉搏,重塑未来人才培养观念,重构人才培养体系;充分利用数字技术,构建多维评价体系;着力提升学生的核心竞争力,为培养适应未来社会需求的人才探索新的变革路径。The digital intellectualization era has new requirements for the core competence of college students,whose sources have become diversified with higher education popularization.Application-oriented universities should grasp the pulse of the times,reshape the concept of future talent training,and reconstruct the system of talent training;make full use of digital technology to construct multi-dimensional evaluation system;focus on improving the core competitiveness of students,and explore an innovation path to train talents to meet the needs of the future society.
