摘　　要：新时期高校的发展更加注重对学生的全面素质教育,新型人才的培养离不开实验室的实践环节,实验室管理面临着新的挑战和要求。实验室文化建设作为高校文化建设的重要组成部分,对于培养学生的科学精神和人文素养具有重要意义。因此,加强实验室文化建设、以内涵式发展作为驱动力的发展模式成为实验室建设发展的必然要求。本文将从实验室文化建设的内涵、现状及新模式等方面进行探讨,分析实验室文化建设如何能够与学科、专业建设相结合,增强包含实验室管理人员、实验技术人员以及参与实验过程的师生等全部人员对实验文化的认同和集体意识,培养新时代学生的自律和自信,以期为高校实验室文化建设提供参考和借鉴,为高校的发展提供强有力的支撑。The development of universities in the new era places greater emphasis on comprehensive quality education for students.The cul⁃tivation of new talents cannot be separated from the practical aspects of laboratories,and laboratory management faces new challenges and requirements.As an important component of university cultural construction,laboratory culture construction is of great significance for culti⁃vating students'scientific spirit and humanistic literacy.Therefore,strengthening the construction of laboratory culture and adopting a development model driven by connotative development has become an inevitable requirement for the development of laboratory construc⁃tion.This article will explore the connotation,current situation,and new models of laboratory culture construction,analyze how laboratory culture construction can be combined with discipline and professional construction,enhance the recognition and collective consciousness of all personnel including laboratory management personnel,experimental technicians,and teachers and students participating in the experi⁃mental process towards experimental culture,cultivate self-discipline and confidence of students in the new era,in order to provide refer⁃ence and inspiration for the construction of laboratory culture in universities,and provide strong support for the development of universities.
