网络时代思想政治教育“灌输论”的困境及对策研究

摘　　要：社会科技的迅猛发展使得以大数据、人工智能等为代表的网络信息技术对以“灌输论”为代表的传统思想政治教育模式造成了前所未有的冲击。信息过载与碎片化、价值多元化、互动性不足使当代思想政治教育“灌输论”面临着巨大的困境。灌输式教育必须不断创新灌输方式、注重双向灌输模式、强化教育者网络素养和思想政治教育能力,用好信息网络方法手段,不断与时俱进、开拓创新。The rapid development of social technology has caused unprecedented impact on the traditional ideological and political educa⁃tion model represented by the"inculcation theory"by network information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence.Informa⁃tion overload and fragmentation,value diversification and lack of interaction make the"inculcation theory"of contemporary ideological and political education face great difficulties.Inculcation education must constantly innovate the way of inculcation,pay attention to the two-way inculcation mode,strengthen the educators'network literacy and ideological and political education ability,and make good use of the information network method to keep pace with the times and innovate.
