摘　　要：《威尼斯宪章》发布至今已60周年,对20世纪后半叶及以后的各国遗产保护理念和政策法规制定产生了深远影响,是被广泛接受的遗产保护国际准则。该宪章最早用法文起草,其后译为英文,两者在个别条款上表述略有差异,现均被联合国教科文组织和国际古迹遗址理事会官网公布为官方版本。但宪章的中文译本自1986年正式发表以来,并未得到充分讨论和阐释,很多关于宪章的讨论和批评甚至是基于中译本用词的误导,因而妨碍了中文读者对《宪章》原有思想的深入理解。本文以英文版作为蓝本,用法文原版加以校勘,并参考已有中文译本,重新对《威尼斯宪章》进行了翻译。译文内容采用译校结合、译注结合的方式,对法、英版本的表述差异进行了标注,并对文中关键词句进行了详细注释,厘清其来源及演变,并与中文对应的名词术语对比,辨析其间的区别与联系,力图帮助中文读者从中文语境更准确把握原文的含义。The Venice Charter,since its publication 60 years ago,has profoundly influenced the heritage conservation concepts and the making of policies and regulations in various countries during the latter half of the 20th century.It has been widely recognized as an international guideline for heritage conservation.Originally drafted in French and later translated into English,the Venice Charter has minor differences in the wording between the two versions,both of which are published as official versions on the UNESCO and ICOMOS websites.However,the Chinese translation of the Venice Charter,formally published in 1986,has not been adequately discussed or interpreted.Many discussions and critiques of the Venice Charter in Chinese have been based on misleading terminology in the translation,thereby hindering Chinese readers’deep understanding of the original ideas of the Venice Charter.In response to this,the present paper re-translates the Venice Charter,using the English version as the primary text and the French original for collation,while referencing the existing Chinese translation.The translation combines translation and collation,as well as translation and annotation,to highlight the differences in expression between the French and English versions.Key terms and phrases are thoroughly annotated to clarify their origins and evolution and compared with corresponding Chinese terminologies to analyze the distinctions and connections between them.This approach aims to help Chinese readers more accurately grasp the original meaning of the text within the Chinese context.Although the term“monument”is still translated as“古迹”(guji)in the new translation,the annotation differentiates between the two terms and supplements the unique connotations of“guji”as a traditional term in the Chinese context.Furthermore,“conservation and restoration”is translated as“保存和修复”(baocun he xiufu),restoring and emphasizing the historical context and logical relationship between the two concepts.The translation
