摘 要:为探讨大学生开放性人格与智慧的关系以及自我反思和个人成长在其中的中介作用,采用开放性人格量表、自我反思量表、个人成长量表和智慧发展量表对1313名大学生进行调查。结果表明:(1)开放性人格、自我反思、个人成长与智慧两两之间均呈显著正相关;(2)开放性人格能够显著正向预测大学生的智慧;(3)开放性人格不仅通过自我反思和个人成长的单独中介作用对智慧产生影响,并且还会通过自我反思和个人成长的链式中介作用对智慧产生影响。研究结果揭示了开放性人格与智慧的关系及其作用机制,为开展大学生智慧教育与干预提供了实证依据。To explore the relationship between open personality and intelligence among college students,as well as the mediating role of self-reflection and personal growth,a survey was conducted on 1313 college students using the Open Personality Scale,Self-Reflection Scale,Personal Growth Scale,and Intelligence Development Scale.The results indicate that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between open personality,self-reflection,personal growth,and wisdom;(2)Open personality can significantly and positively predict the intelligence of college students;(3)Open personality not only influences intelligence through the individual mediation of self-reflection and personal growth,but also through the chain mediation of self-reflection and personal growth.The research results reveal the relationship and mechanism between open personality and intelligence,providing empirical evidence for the development of smart education and intervention for college students.
