摘　　要：我国人民检察院跨行政区划职务犯罪办案基地中的犯罪嫌疑人应急救护机制存在明显缺陷:应急救护的相关规定不完善、获得犯罪嫌疑人医疗健康信息的途径受限、应急救护基础条件差和传统办案模式应急救护风险较大。应针对性地完善应急救护的相关规定、建立犯罪嫌疑人医疗健康信息获得机制、提升检察机关办案人员的应急救护能力、加强应急救护基础条件建设以及通过演练不断健全应急救护机制;其中由应急救护专家帮助设计应急救护机制和建立“基地+医院”联动机制的经验值得推广。There are obvious deficiencies in the emergency rescue mechanism for criminal suspects in procuratorate's case han⁃dling base of duty-related crimes across administrative divisions:the relevant emergency rescue provisions are not perfect,the access to medical and health information of criminal suspects is limited,the basic conditions for emergency rescue are poor,and the traditional case-handling mode is risky to respond to emergencies.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the relevant provisions on emergency rescue,establish mechanisms for obtaining medical and health information for criminal suspects,improve the capacity of case-handling personnel in procuratorial organs to respond to emergencies,strengthen the construction of basic conditions for emergency rescue,and continuously improve emergency rescue mechanisms through drills.Among them,the experience of designing an emergency rescue mechanism and establishing a"base+hospital"linkage mechanism with the help of emergency rescue experts is worth promoting.
