摘  要:满足正当需要是激发辅导员发展活力的“锁匙”。物质占有与职业认同、职业发展路径、自我实现愿景等正当需要尚未得到满足,抑制当下辅导员的发展活力。其纾困之策在于:以物质荣誉激励,提升行动自觉和尊重职业价值,增进职业认同与优化考核体系,畅通晋升渠道来调动辅导员的积极性;以厘清角色职责,强化职业担当和依托学习平台,提升专业能力来发挥自主性;以细化发展方向,拓宽发展空间和推进工作创新,实现自我价值来激发创造性。Meeting legitimate needs is the key to stimulating the development vitality of counselors.Legitimate needs such as material possession and professional identity,career development path,and self-realization vision have not been met,which inhibits the development vitality of current counselors.The solution is to motivate coun⁃selors with material honors,enhance action consciousness and respect professional values,enhance professional identity and optimize the assessment system,and smooth the promotion channels;to give play to autonomy by clarifying role responsibilities,strengthening professional responsibility and relying on learning platforms to im⁃prove professional capabilities;to stimulate creativity by refining development directions,broadening develop⁃ment space,promoting work innovation,and realizing self-worth.
