高职院校建设产业工人培训基地的着力点研究

摘　　要：产业工人队伍是振兴实体经济,支撑中国制造、中国创造的重要基础。党中央高度重视产业工人队伍改革,将此作为推动产业高质量发展的重要举措。高职院校作为产业工人培训基地建设的重要力量,在思想政治教育、培训资源统筹、科研创新等方面具有独特优势,为提升产业工人技术技能和综合素质提供了有力支撑。高等职业院校可发挥工会桥梁纽带作用,发挥“政府工会+学校工会+企业工会”的桥梁纽带优势,着力打造具有思想政治引领、产业学院共建、名师资源汇聚、培训课程建设、科研成果转化等功能的综合型高技能人才培训基地。The industrial workforce is an important foundation for revitalizing the real economy and supporting China’s manufacturing and creation.The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the reform of the industrial workforce and regards it as an important measure to promote the high-quality development of the indus⁃try.As an important force in the construction of training bases for industrial workers,higher vocational colleges have unique advantages in ideological and political education,training resource coordination,scientific research and innovation,and provide strong support for improving the technical skills and comprehensive quality of indus⁃trial workers.Higher vocational colleges can play the role of labor unions as a bridge and link,and through the bridge and link advantages of“government labor unions+school labor unions+enterprise labor unions”,strive to create a comprehensive high-skilled talent training base that integrates ideological and political guidance,coconstruction of industrial colleges,gathering of famous teachers,training course construction,and transformation of scientific research results.
