摘  要:岭南饮食文化是岭南地区物质与精神文化成果,蕴涵着丰富的教育资源。幼儿园立足岭南饮食文化开展食育课程,不仅可以丰富幼儿的饮食认知,养成良好的饮食习惯,还能提升幼儿的地域文化认同感,传承优秀传统文化。通过探讨幼儿园岭南食育课程的价值、内涵和实践要点,系统阐述立足本土文化的幼儿园岭南食育课程构建方式与实施过程。Lingnan cuisine culture is a material and spiritual cultural achievement in the Lingnan region,containing rich educational resources.Based on Lingnan food culture,kindergartens carry out food education course,which not only enriches children’s food cognition and cultivates good eating habits,but also enhances their sense of regional cultural identity and inherits excellent traditional culture.This article explored the value,connotation,and practical points of Lingnan food education curriculum in kindergarten,and systematically elaborated on the construction and implementation process of Lingnan food education curriculum based on local culture in kindergartens.
