摘 要:目的选取广东省6家代表性医院进行住院医师培养质量第三方评价体系的实证研究,评估第三方视角下广东省住院医师的培养质量,了解目前住院医师培养存在的问题与不足,为住院医师培训规范化的发展与改进提供理论基础和改进措施。方法基于前期的评价体系设计和发放调查问卷,收集具有代表性的6家广东省住培基地的797份评价数据,评价其培养质量并验证该评价体系的评价能力,最后运用模糊综合评价法对调查结果进行分析,并提出针对性的策略和建议。结果本第三方评价体系的评价结果与广东省卫生健康委员会的综合评价结果的校标关联效度良好(r=0.977,P<0.001),表明本评价体系有效。结论本研究所构建的住院医师培养质量第三方评价指标体系涵盖了师资管理、用人单位以及住培学生三个关键群体以及11个核心评价维度,科学、客观,通过实证研究为该第三方评价指标体系的进一步推广和住院医师培养质量的提高提供参考。Objective Six representative hospitals in Guangdong Province were selected to conduct an empirical study on the third-party evaluation system of the quality of residency training to assess the quality of residency training in Guangdong Province under the third-party perspective,to understand the problems and deficiencies of the current residency training,and to provide a theoretical basis and improvement measures for the development and improvement of the standardization of residency training.Methods Based on the preliminary design of the evaluation system and the distribution of questionnaires,797 evaluation data were collected from six representative Guangdong Province residency training bases to evaluate the quality of their training and to verify the evaluation ability of the evaluation system,and finally the results of the survey were analyzed using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and targeted strategies and suggestions were put forward.Results The calibration correlation validity between the evaluation results of this third-party evaluation system and the comprehensive evaluation results of the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission is good(r=0.977,P<0.001),indicating that this evaluation system is effective.Conclusion The third-party evaluation index system for the quality of residency training constructed by this study covers three key groups of faculty management,employers,and students as well as 11 core evaluation dimensions,which is scientific and objective,and provides a reference for the further promotion of the third-party evaluation index system and the improvement of the quality of residency training through empirical research.
