摘　　要：高校考务、成绩管理是教学运行的重要环节,是评价和提升教学质量和管理水平的重要工作。随着国家教育信息化的政策推行和教育信息技术的发展,高校教务管理系统在院校考务、成绩管理中应用越来越广泛。文章通过总结工作实践,分析当前教务管理系统在高校考务、成绩管理应用的现状,总结教务管理系统在应用中的优点,指出存在的人员信息素养不高、数据采集不够及时准确、功能不够完善等一系列问题,并就如何改进提出对策。Examination and grade management are crucial segments of teaching operation and the important work which are able to promote teaching quality and educational management level.With the implementation of national educational informatization policy and the development of education information technology,educational administration management system has been widely used in examination and grade management work in colleges and universities.Through summarizing the practice of work,the situation of application of educational administration management system in examination and grade management of colleges and universities is analyzed and a series of advantages and problems are pointed.These problems are lack of information literacy of operating staff,collecting data not accurately and timely,some functions not perfect enough for application and so on.Also,the suggestions for improvement are put forward correspondingly.
