摘 要:教学翻译是基于传统理念,同时具有全新内涵的基本教学要素,有利于大学英语读写译教学,以某高校一年级非英语专业本科生为研究对象。实验组的教学以教学翻译作为基本要素,全面应用于所有读写译教学环节中;对照组的读写译教学以同样的教学过程进行,但不以教学翻译作为基本要素。通过分析对照组与实验组高考英语科目笔试分数与大学英语四级考试读写译成绩,确定教学过程中教学翻译的全面应用与学生英语水平呈正相关。以教学翻译作为教学基本要素,能有效提升学生的英语读写译水平。Pedagogical translation is redefined as an independent teaching element based on conventional ideas.It is believed that this method is beneficial to the instruction in college English reading,writing,and translation.The experiment takes first-year non-English major undergraduates from a University in China as the research objects.Pedagogical translation is applied as a fundamental teaching element throughout the instruction process in college English reading,writing,and translation in the experimental group.In contrast,the teaching activities of the control group follow the same procedure but don’t highlight and systematically apply pedagogical translation.By analyzing the English language test scores in the National College Entrance Examination and CET-4,collected from the experimental group and the control group,it is determined that the integration of pedagogical translation in the teaching process is positively related to students’English proficiency.Pedagogical translation as a fundamental teaching element can effectively improve students’reading,writing,and translation proficiency.
