摘 要:摇臂作为采煤机的截割动力部件,其传动精度至关重要。在出厂前应尽可能地模拟工况对其传动精度进行检验,故摇臂部件在装配后需进行空载试转、25%~100%载荷的加载试验,并在线监测各轴组运转状态及温升情况来判断其传动性能。加载试验过程中,时常会遇到传动机构异响、局部轴承温度超标的现象,严重时会导致轴承发黑失效,经拆解分析,加载试验不合格的原因主要与摇臂壳体加工精度、传动系统清洁度、装配工艺方法三方面因素关联最大。主要阐述了一些提高摇臂传动精度的方法。As the cutting power component of the shearer,the transmission accuracy of the rocker arm is crucial.It is necessary to simulate the working conditions as much as possible and inspect its transmission accuracy before leaving the factory.Therefore,after assembly,the rocker arm components need to undergo no-load test run,25%to 100%load loading test,and monitor the operating status together with temperature rise of each shaft group on the line to determine their transmission performance.During the loading test process,abnormal noises from the transmission mechanism and local bearing temperatures exceeding the standard are often encountered.In severe cases,it can lead to bearing blackening and failure.After disassembly and analysis,the problem of unqualified loading test is mainly related to three factors:the machining accuracy of the rocker arm shell,the cleanliness of the transmission system,and the assembly process method.Mainly elaborated on some methods to improve the transmission accuracy of the rocker arm.
