摘　　要：中国式现代化背景下,当下我国外语学科如何发展?外语教育教学如何提质增效、守正与创新?本刊诚邀国内多位知名外语学院院长分别从学科建设、本硕博人才培养、课程设置与改革、学科智能平台建构、数智融合学科范式转换、国际化“在地”发展模式等角度展开讨论。In the background of the Chinese modernization,what is the proper way for the foreign language discipline in China to develop?How can improvement and effectiveness,orthodoxy and innovation be realized in the teachings of foreign languages?Ten well-known deans of schools of foreign studies in China have been cordially invited by Language Education to hold a mutual discussion in relation to discipline construction,training of undergraduate and graduate(both master and doctor)talents,curriculum setting and reform,construction of the intelligent platform for the discipline,transformation of disciplinary paradigm by digital and intelligent integration,the localization of the model of international development,etc.
