摘 要:侦查讯问是公安专业开设的专业课程之一,其教学有自身难点,也存在一些公安类学科的共性问题,必须以教育理论为支撑。建构主义学习理论把学习的过程看作是学习者用已有经验知识自我建构出新知识的过程,有助于解决传统教学中知识习得不灵活、无法在新情境中有效迁移等缺陷。建构主义学习理论对于实践性较强的侦查讯问课程的教学改革具有指导性作用,通过重构教学流程、凸显学科前沿、改造教学方法、贴近实战需求、提升思政有效性等措施,可提升侦查讯问课程的教学质量,同时为其他公安类课程提供教学改革参考。Interrogation course is one of the specialized courses offered by public security programs.While the teaching of this course presents unique difficulties,it also shares common challenges with other public security disciplines.To tackle these issues,it is crucial to rely on educational theories.The constructive learning theory holds that learning is a process in which learners actively construct or make their own knowledge upon the foundation of accrued experiences or previous learning.This theory helps rectify the shortcomings of traditional teaching,including learners'inflexibility in knowledge acquisition and their inability to make effective transfer in new contexts,so it will definitely play a guiding role in the teaching reform of this practice-oriented interrogation course.By reconstructing the teaching process,emphasizing the academic frontier of the discipline,transforming teaching methods,aligning with practical needs,and enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education,the teaching quality of interrogation course can be improved,and this approach will also provide reference for the teaching reform of other public security courses.
