透明质酸凝胶在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨透明质酸凝胶在慢性牙周炎(CP)治疗中的应用效果。方法:按随机数字表法将2022年01月至2023年06月于我院治疗的145例CP患者分为试验组(n=73)和对照组(n=72)。对照组采用牙周基础治疗,试验组于对照组基础上采用透明质酸凝胶治疗。比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能、乳铁蛋白(LF)、Dickkopf-l、牙周参数指标及不良反应。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后咀嚼效率高于对照组,LF、Dickkopf-l水平低于对照组,治疗后牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈出血指数(BI)及牙菌斑指数(PLI)低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);在不良反应方面,两组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:牙周基础治疗联合透明质酸凝胶治疗CP可改善患者咀嚼功能及牙周参数指标,降低龈沟液中LF、Dickkopf-l水平,且不良反应并未增加。AIM:The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of periodontal basic treatment combined with hyaluronic acid gel on masticatory function and the levels of lactoferrin(LF)and Dickkopf-l in gingival crevicular fluid in patients with chronic periodontitis(CP).METHODS:145 patients with CP treated in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were divided into observation group n(=73)and control group n(=72)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with periodontal basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid gel on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,masticatory function,LF,Dickkopf-l,periodontal parameters and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the masticatory efficiency after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the levels of LF and Dickkopf-l were lower than those of the control group,and the periodontal pocket depth(PD),gingival bleeding index(BI)and plaque index(PLI)were lower than those of the control group after treatment,with statistical differences(P<0.05);In terms of adverse reactions,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Initial therapy combined with hyaluronic acid gel in the treatment of CP can improve the masticatory function and periodontal parameters,reduce the levels of LF and Dickkopf-l in gingival crevicular fluid,and the adverse reactions do not increase.
