摘  要:德国双元制是职业教育发展史上具有重大影响力的教育模式。当前,构建职业教育命运共同体,是我国推进职业教育发展以及人才培养模式改革的必然选择。在构建职业教育命运共同体的过程中,应有效借鉴德国双元制教育理论与实践相结合的教育模式,以市场需求为导向进行专业设置,促进企业与教育的深度合作,完善职业教育法律体系和政策支持,借鉴其教育理念、教学模式、课程设计、教学方式及国际合作与交流等,以促进我国职业教育跨职业能力培养,提高劳动者的综合素质和适应能力。The German dual system is a highly influential educational model in the history of vocational education development.Currently,building a community of a shared future in vocational education is an inevitable choice for advancing the development of vocational education and reforming talent cultivation models in our country.In the process of constructing this community,it is essential to effectively draw on the German model that integrates educational theory with practical application,set majors with a market orientation,promote deep cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions,improve the legal framework and policy support for vocational education,and learn about educational concepts,teaching models,curriculum design,instructional methods,and international cooperation and exchange.These efforts aim to enhance the development of cross-professional competencies in vocational education and improve the overall quality and adaptability of the workforce.
