强化航海专业高职学生职业认同路径探究

摘  要:职业价值观和职业认同感是每一个航海专业学生应具备的专业素养,特别是在高职院校航海专业教育过程中,为了能够使学生拥有较强的职业认同,亟须快速强化专业知识的讲解,帮助学生完成职业生涯的科学规划,并且在深度构建职业价值观维度结构的同时,利用信度和效度来分析高职院校航海专业学生职业价值观的维度结构,从而在立足于航海队伍建设的基础上,快速推动航海专业学生的成长、成才。Professional values and sense of professional identity are the professional qualities that every student majoring in navigation should possess.Especially in the process of navigation education in higher vocational colleges,in order to enable students to have a strong professional identity,it is urgent to quickly strengthen the explanation of professional knowledge,help students complete the scientific planning of career,and at the same time,deeply construct the dimension structure of professional values.Using reliability and validity,this paper analyzes the dimension structure of vocational values of navigation students in higher vocational colleges,so as to rapidly promote the growth and success of students based on the construction of nautical team.
