摘  要:目的深化“三教”改革,探索“1+X”证书制度下高职药物制剂课程改革研究。方法以广东岭南职业技术学院2020级药学专业学生作为研究对象,分为试验组(1~6班,296人,进入《药品生产质量管理规范(简称GMP)》模拟车间开展“1+X”证书课程改革教学)和对照组(7~12班,289人,按照传统教学方法在实训室开展教学),对比两组学生的药物制剂课程期末总成绩。结果通过“以生产项目为载体、三环节引导推进”的项目实践形式,建设了对接药品生产岗位职业技能需求训练的课程体系。首批药物制剂生产职业技能中级考证通过率为100%,试验组“良好”成绩的人数明显多于对照组、“不及格”成绩的人数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论1+X证书制度下药物制剂课程通过教学改革,高职学生可以在GMP模拟车间对岗对证提升技能水平,有效提升成绩,促成岗位需求及证书内容与课程教学的全面融通。Objective To deepen the reform of“Three-Educaiton”system and explore the curriculum reform of Pharmaceutical Preparation course under the“1+X”certificate system.Methods Pharmaceutical students of Guangdong Lingnan Institute of Technology,Grade 2020,were divided into experimental group(296 students from Class 1 to Class 6)and control group(289 students from Class 7 to Class 12).The experimental group entered the GMP simulation workshop to carry out the“1+X”certificate course reform teaching,while the control group continued to carry out the education in the training room according to the traditional teaching method.The final scores of the two groups were compared.Results Through the project practice form of“production project as the carrier,three links to guide and promote”,the curriculum system of vocational skills training for pharmaceutical production posts was constructed.The passing rate of the first batch of intermediate certification of pharmaceutical preparation production vocational skills was 100%,the final total score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the number of“Pass with Merit”grades of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the number of“Fail”grades of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The“1+X”certificate teaching reform enablesstudents to enhance their skills in GMP simulation workshop,effectively improve their overall evaluation scores,and promote the comprehensive integration of job requirements and certificate content with course teaching.
