摘　　要：职业教育数字化转型背景下,针对地方职业院校培养的Web开发人才无法满足企业需求的问题,分析了当前Web开发人才培养模式的研究成果及现实困境,提出了职业教育数字化转型背景下地方职业院校Web开发人才培养模式:政行搭台,校企唱戏,推动校企深度合作、产教融合;全面深化“三教”改革,加快数字化人才培养,发展新质生产力;以岗位能力为导向,“岗课赛证+课程思政”融合培养Web开发人才。In the context of digital transformation of vocational education,in response to the problem that the Web development talents cultivated by local vocational colleges cannot meet the needs of enterprises,this paper analyzes the research results and realistic dilemma of the current Web development talent training model,and proposes a Web development talent training model for local vocational colleges under the background of digital transformation of vocational education:government and industry support,school-enterprise cooperation to promote deep school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration;comprehensive deepening of the“three educations”reform to accelerate the cultivation of digital talents and develop new quality productive forces;job competency orientation to cultivate Web development talents with the integration of“post,course,competition,certification+curriculum ideological and political education”.
