摘  要:为实现船型自动优化,如何用较少的参数实现船型的全参数表达是关键技术之一。为提高优化设计效率,作者提出了一种快速、高效的基于几何特征参数的船型优化方法。采用NURBS技术表达船体曲线和曲面,利用参数化设计方法实现了全船的参数化几何建模,根据船型特点提取几何特征参数,最终实现了船型的参数化变形。以Series60船型为研究对象,利用集成优化框架(iSIGHT)实现了船型参数化变形模块与静水力计算和Shipflow水动力计算等模块的集成,以兴波阻力最小为优化目标,完成了弗劳德数Fr=0.27下的阻力性能优化。结果显示,Fr=0.27时的兴波阻力发生了明显减少,总阻力有一定程度的降低。优化结果表明,基于几何特征参数的船型优化方法可以获得阻力性能更优的新船型。In order to realize automatic optimization of ship form in ship,how to realize full parameter expression of ship form with fewer parameters is one of the key technologies.In order to improve the efficiency of optimal design,a fast and efficient ship shape optimization method based on geometric characteristic parameters is proposed in this paper.NURBS technology was used to express hull curves and surfaces,parametric design method was used to realize the full parametric modeling of Series 60 ship through programming,geometric characteristic parameters were extracted according to the characteristics of the ship,and the interface program independently developed to control the deformation of the ship finally realized the parametric deformation of the ship.At the same time,taking the Series 60 ship type as the research object,integrated optimization framework(iSIGHT) was used to realize the integration of fully parametric deformation module with hydrostatic calculation module and Shipflow hydrodynamic calculation module,and the ship resistance performance optimization under froude number Fr=0.27 was completed with the optimization goal of minimum wavemaking resistance.And get the optimized ship shape.The results show that the wavemaking resistance of Fr=0.27 decreases,and so does the total resistance.The optimization results show that the ship shape optimization method based on geometric characteristic parameter technology can obtain a new ship shape with better resistance performance.
