摘 要:当前武术专业课程思政被予以“武以成人”的历史使命,太极拳作为中华优秀传统文化的缩影,以言传身教的“体认”为前提,外塑于形,内修于心。在太极拳教学内容、教学方法、教学过程与育人效果评价等都隐含着以“体认”的前提。通过太极拳动作名称讲解、情境创设感受动作、改进练习方法、体验技术动作、学生相互交流感受等形式,使学生形成“体认”。总之,以“体认”为切入点进行太极拳课程思政教学改革设计与实践,创新发展太极拳课程思政“体认”特色教学,提升太极拳课程思政的效果。The current ideological and political education curriculum in Wushu has the historical mission of"culturing oneself through Wushu".As a microcosm of excellent traditional cultural Wushu,Taijiquan is based on the premise of"bodily knowing"through words and deeds,shaping in the form,and cultivating in the heart.There is an implicit premise of"bodily knowing"in the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching process,and evaluation of educational effects of Taijiquan.By explaining the names of Taijiquan movements,creating sensory situations,improving practice methods,experiencing technical movements,and encouraging students to communicate and feel with each other,students can form a sense of recognition.In short,taking"bodily knowing"as the starting point,we will design and practice the reform of ideological and political education in Taijiquan courses,innovate and develop the characteristic teaching of"bodily knowing"in Taijiquan courses,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in Taijiquan courses.
