摘  要:招生考试是人才培养的首要关口。近年来,我国专业学位研究生教育虽然得到蓬勃发展,但在硕士招生考试制度方面与学术学位的趋同性较强。研究实证调研了我国临床医学专业学位与学术学位硕士研究生分类招考制度的运行现状,发现分类招考制度实施不一致、不到位,存在如本科阶段缺乏对学生学位认知与职业发展的引导、初试试题命制形式不统一、考试科目与考查内容趋同、审核材料不充分、允许学位间调剂录取等问题,影响分类招考制度的实施效果,研究结合国际比较分析结果,提出了进一步推进分类招考的政策建议。Admission examinations are the first"threshold"for talent cultivation.In recent years,although the professional degree postgraduate education in China has been booming,there is a strong trend of convergence with academic degrees in the master's admission examination system.This study investigates the operation of the classified admission examination system for clinical medicine professional and academic master's degree in China.It is found that the implementation of the classified admission examination system is inconsistent and inadequate,with problems such as a lack of guidance for students'degree cognition and career development during the undergraduate stage,the non-unified initial test question setting,the convergence of examination subjects and content,insufficient review materials,and allowing adjustments between different degrees,which negatively affect the effectiveness of the implementation of the classified admission examination system.Based on the results of international comparative analysis,this study puts forward policy recommendations for further promoting classified admission examinations.
