摘 要:神朔铁路有大量长大坡道和起伏坡道,在开行新编组列车时需系统全面的了解其列车纵向动力学特点,为制定和优化操纵办法、保障行车安全提供理论依据和数据支撑。采用基于空气流动理论和多刚体动力学的仿真方法,依据试验列车运行监控记录数据再现真实列车运行工况,分析了列车运行时的车钩力特点和较大车钩力成因,研究了列车通过凸形坡时的操纵优化办法。结果表明:该编组列车运行时的最大拉钩力和最大压钩力均产生于从控机车附近,且产生的最大拉钩力大于最大压钩力,列车的最大拉钩力是在凸形坡和机车牵引力的共同作用下产生。在通过凸形坡时,采用“动能闯坡法”可有效降低列车的拉钩力。Shenmu-Shuozhou Railway has a large number of long,steep and undulating ramps.When running newly marshalling trains,it is necessary to fully understand the longitudinal dynamic characteristics of the train,so as to provide theoretical basis and data support for formulating and optimizing operation methods and ensuring running safety.The simulation method based on air flow theory and multi-body dynamics is used to reproduce the real train operation conditions according to the data recorded by test train operation monitoring.The characteristics of coupler force and the causes of large coupler force during train operation are analyzed.The operation optimization method of the train passing through the convex slope is studied.The results show that the maximum tensile coupler force and the maximum compression coupler force are generated near the slave locomotive,and the maximum tensile coupler force is greater than the maximum compression coupler force.The maximum tensile coupler force of the train is generated under the combined action of convex slope and locomotive traction.When the train passes through the convex slope,the kinetic energy slope method can effectively reduce the maximum tensile coupler force of the train.
