摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是医学生成为临床医师的必经之路,而临床思维是住院医师规范化培训的重要内容。本文结合临床实践,从理论培训、采集病史、系统查体、辅助检查的实施、开展理论和实践相结合的教学活动,对如何在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中培养临床思维进行探讨。Standardized training of residents is the only way for medical students to become clinicians,and clinical thinking is an important part of standardized training of residents.Combining with clinical practice,we discussed how to cultivate clinical thinking in the standardized training of residents in endocrinology department from the aspects of theoretical training,medical history collection,systematic physical examination,the implementation of auxiliary examination,the combination of theory and practice teaching activities.
