摘 要:党的二十大明确指出,数字化教学转型是提升教育教学质量的重要途径,也是教育强国的根本需求。在新商科背景下,高等职业院校对商科学生的培养也由传统的高素质技能型综合人才向具有较强数字素养能力的新商科人才转变,而要保质保量完成新商科人才的培养,就需要教师首先具有较强的数字化素养。基于此,针对目前高等职业教育商科教师数字数字化转型面临的实际问题,提出参加教师大赛、指导学生技能大赛、参加各种培训、数字化教学平台的灵活使用等提升途径,以期解决教师数字素养弱的瓶颈问题。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the transformation of digital teaching is an important way to improve the quality of education and teaching,and it is also the fundamental demand of education power.Under the background of new business,the training of business students also changes from traditional high-quality and skilled comprehensive talents to new business talents with strong ability of digital literacy in higher vocational colleges.To complete the training of new business talents with high quality and quantity,it is necessary for teachers to first have strong digital literacy.In view of the practical problems faced by the digital transformation of business teachers in higher vocational education,this paper proposes some improvement paths for teachers to participate in teacher competitions,guide students’skills competitions,participate in various trainings,and flexibly use digital teaching platforms,so as to solve the bottleneck problem of weak digital literacy of teachers.
