基于应用型人才培养的教学设计在分析化学实验教学中的探索——以气相色谱分析实验教学为例

摘  要:分析化学是一门综合运用学科,分析化学实验是分析化学理论与应用的一个桥梁,正确的教学方法对于培养应用型人才具有重要的作用。以气相色谱分析实验为例,进行了课堂教学设计,采用学生为中心与教师启发引导相结合方式,以成分复杂的模拟生物油分析方法建立为例,旨在培养学生理论联系实际,分析和解决问题的能力,学习效果表明,100%的学生掌握了气相色谱的操作,80%的学生能够熟练掌握,活学活用进行分析方法的建立。Analytical Chemistry is a comprehensive applied discipline,and Analytical Chemistry experiment is a bridge between the theory and application of Analytical Chemistry,so correct teaching methods play an important role in cultivating applied talents.The establishment took gas chromatography analysis method as an example and conducted a specialized teaching design.The classroom teaching adopted a student-centered,teacher inspired and guided teaching method.Taking the establishment of analysis methods for simulated bio-oil with complex components as an example,the details of establishing gas chromatography analysis method were analyzed,aiming to cultivate students ability to connect theory with practice,analyze and solve problems.Then,the learning effectiveness of the students was evaluated,and the results showed that 100%of the students mastered the conventional operation methods of gas chromatography,and 80%of the students were skilled in establish analytical methods.
