摘 要:随着居民生活质量的不断提升,肉类食品在居民饮食结构中占据着越来越重要的地位,肉类食品安全更是成为公众关注的热点话题。本研究通过分析肉类食品安全监管的发展现状,提出肉类食品安全监管存在检测设备和技术应用不足、监管对象和监管内容较为复杂、监管主体间协同不足等问题,并针对性提出加强监管资源配置和监管技术创新、扩大肉类食品安全监管范围、加强肉类食品安全监管主体的协同性等监管对策,旨在提高肉类食品安全监管质量和监管效率。With the continuous improvement of residents’quality of life,meat products have occupied an increasingly important position in residents’dietary structure,and meat food safety has become a hot topic of public concern.This study analyzes the development status of meat food safety supervision and proposes that there are problems in meat food safety supervision,such as insufficient detection equipment and technology application,complex supervision objects and supervision contents,and insufficient coordination among supervision subjects.It also proposes targeted supervision countermeasures such as strengthening supervision resource allocation and supervision technology innovation,expanding the scope of meat food safety supervision,and strengthening the coordination of meat food safety supervision subjects,aiming to improve the quality and efficiency of meat food safety supervision.
