摘  要:当代大学生成长成才展现出新特点、新问题,对高校基金会资助育人模式提出了更高要求。河南省黄河科技学院教育发展基金会基于民办高校特色和资助实际,积极探索实践高校基金会学生资助项目导师制,引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,培养学生的创新思维,提高受助学生的综合应用能力,着力培养符合社会需求的高质量人才。The new characteristics and problems in the growth of contemporary college students have put forward higher requirement for the education mode funded by the university foundation.Based on the characteristics of private universities and the actual funding practice,the educational development foundation in Huanghe Science&Technology College in Henan province actively explores and practices the tutorial system in the funding projects for students by the university foundation,guides the students to establish the correct world outlook,view of life,and sense of values,cultivates the students’innovative thinking,enhances the comprehensive application ability of the students receiving the financial aid,and strives to cultivate high-quality talents that meet the need of the society.
