摘　　要：文章运用问卷调查法对我国公共图书馆员的工作满意度水平进行测量,同时对其人口学特征、职业情况、环境因素以及主观幸福感与工作满意度的关系进行分析。研究发现,性别、年龄、学历等个人特征,职务、职称、进馆年限、从业经历等职业特征,以及主观幸福感都显著影响公共图书馆员的工作满意度。This study uses a questionnaire survey method to measure the level of job satisfaction of public librarians in China,and to analyze the demographic characteristics,occupational situations,environmental factors,and the relationship between subjective well-being and job satisfaction of public librarians.It was found that personal characteristics such as gender,age,and educational background,occupational characteristics such as position,title,years in the library,and experience in the profession,and subjective well-being significantly affect the job satisfaction of public librarians.
