摘　　要：人才队伍是新质生产力的关键资源,立德树人是高等学校创新创业人才培养的根本遵循。新时期应用型高校研究生创新创业素质培养面临国家创新发展需求、人才衡量标准变化与人才培养模式改革等多重挑战,需要强化顶层设计,坚持“育技+树德”,构建立德树人相融的课程体系、研读方式,发挥双导师队伍的作用,探索跨界培养实践,协同推进思政教育与创业教育、专业教育的有机融合,助力应用型高校创新创业高层次人才培养。The talent team is a key resource for new quality productivity,and cultivating talents with moral character is the fundamental principle for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher education institutions.In the new era,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship qualities among graduate students in applied universities faces multiple challenges such as national innovation and development needs,changes in talent measurement standards,and reforms in talent training models.It is necessary to strengthen top-level design,adhere to the principle of“cultivating skills+cultivating morality”,build a curriculum system and study methods that integrate morality and cultivating talents,give full play to the role of dual mentor teams,explore cross-border training practices,and jointly promote the organic integration of ideological and political education,entrepreneurship education,and professional education to assist in the cultivation of high-level talents in innovation and entrepreneurship in applied universities.
