摘  要:一流学科建设在我国高等教育事业中扮演着关键角色,对地方高校整体实力和地区教育水平的提升至关重要。在厘清高校多维资本分类界说及其与学科建设内在关系的基础上,深度分析地方高校一流学科建设的现实困境,包括资本转化效果不佳、资本交换能力不足、资本继承基础薄弱等方面问题。为此,需要结合地方高校一流学科建设的困境,从“提高资本转化的效果,促进资本的再生产能力提升”“加大资本交换力度,扩大资本的积聚效能”“加大资本传承能力,提升资本社会影响力”等方面,提出地方高校一流学科建设的突破方略。The construction of first-class disciplines plays a crucial role in China's higher education,and is crucialto the overall strength of local universities and the improvement of regional education levels.On the basis of clarifying the multidimensional capital and interrelationships of universities,this study deeply analyzes the practical difficulties in the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities,including insufficient reproduction capacity of capital,low exchange efficiency of capital,and weak inheritance foundation of capital.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the difficulties in the construction of first-class disciplines in local universities,and put forward the breakthrough strategy of first-class discipline construction in local universities fromimproving the effectiveness of capital transformation,and promoting the enhancement of capital regeneration capacity;increasing the intensity of capital exchange and expanding the efficiency of capital accumulation;enhancing the ability of capital inheritanceand enhancing the social influence of capital.
