摘  要:针对当前虚拟仿真实训基地建设中普遍存在的重硬件建设轻实训应用、重单点应用轻体系集成、重资源引进轻自主研创等较普遍问题,基于职业能力重构理念,以数字化改革思维,构建了一批数字化虚拟仿真应用场景,形成了一套虚拟仿真实训教学的运行机制。实践表明,重构形成的定位区域化、平台共享化、模式多元化、机制长效化的虚拟仿真实训教学体系矩阵,促进了实训教学改革,提高了“岗课赛证”综合育人质量。The development of Virtual Training Bases has presented significant challenges,including an excessive focus on infrastructure and hardware while ignoring practical application,an abundance of disparate applications without systematic integration,and a bias towards existing technologies and resources over innovation.In line with our commitment to drive digital transformation and reform professional education,we have created a range of application scenarios utilizing virtual training setups,accompanied by a comprehensive set of meticulously executed educational guidelines.The practice shows that the redesigned virtual training platform boasts numerous advantages,including superior alignment with local needs,seamless cross-device data sharing,diverse functional modules,and a suite of meticulously crafted operational regulations;and not only facilitates educational reform in practical training but also improves the quality of comprehensive education.
