摘  要:糖尿病以持续高血糖为特征,是一种多种病因的异质性疾病,在多器官水平上影响人体.黑豆在我国有悠久的药食同源史,用于治疗高血压、血液循环不良等疾病.许多研究表明黑豆还具有一定的抗糖尿病特性,并已在临床试验中得到证实.对黑豆中的蛋白质、黄酮类化合物、多糖、多酚以及多种无机微量元素和维生素等生物活性物质及其降血糖活性机制进行概述.这些生物活性物质通过抑制肠道α-葡萄糖苷酶活性、保护胰腺细胞、降低胰岛素抵抗、调节肠道微生物群等机制有效调节血糖水平,为糖尿病的治疗提供了新的研究思路,也为其他植物药材治疗糖尿病提供了参考.Diabetes is characterized by persistent hyperglycemia.It is a heterogeneous disease with multiple etiologies,affecting the human body at the level of multiple organs.Black beans have a long history of drug and food homology in China,which are used to treat hypertension,poor blood circulation and other diseases.Many studies have shown that black beans also have certain anti diabetic properties,which has been confirmed in clinical trials.In this paper,the bioactive substances such as polysaccharides,polyphenols,a variety of inorganic trace elements and vitamins and their hypoglycemic activity mechanisms were summarized.These bioactive substances inhibit intestinalα-Conclusion:glucosidase activity,protection of pancreatic cells,reduction of insulin resistance,regulation of intestinal microbiota and other mechanisms can effectively regulate blood glucose levels,which provides a new research idea for the treatment of diabetes,and also provides a reference for the treatment of diabetes with other herbal medicines.
